Golden Corral Retaurant Closure Process for AT&T Meraki Services
Important Note – Once the process below is started your AT&T Restaurant Network will be shut down. Please do this process only when you are completely ready to not have Internet Services/Wifi/Connectivity at your Restaurant
Procedures to return Meraki Equipment and Close AT&T ABW (AT&T Business Wi-Fi) Account
Step 1. Take inventory of the Meraki Equipment to be returned (Picture Examples at Bottom)
Step 2: Locate your AT&T Account Number from the Invoice
Step 3: Print return labels and drop off equipment
Step 4: Email AT&T with Notice of closure

Step 1. Make a list of the Meraki equipment that you will need to return.
- Meraki MX – Qty 1
- Meraki Access Points – Qty X
- Meraki Switches - Qty x
Step 2: Locate the AT&T Account Number from your Invoice located in the top right-hand corner of your bill. It will start with “831-“.

Step 3: Print Return Labels and drop off equipment
Please click the link: Rma Web - Commerce (fedex.com) to create your return labels.
- Input the following:

First and Last Name * - Input the customer information who will receive the email with label to print

Email * - (where the return label will be sent):

Address */City and State */Postal Code * – Only used to identify the nearest FedEx location. Typically, the venue address where the equipment being returned is located, but can be any address to identify nearest FedEx location

Phone Number * - of person receiving the label

Number of Labels Required * - that are needed to ship this equipment (Max 5 per RMA input). E.g. how many boxes are being shipped (You can ship all in one box)

Order Number (e.g., ORDL, SR, RMA): * - input the Case Number, if not known, enter any helpful identifier for future reference
Note: You can print the label instantly from the site and the recipient will be sent an email with a PDF file of the shipping label. A tracking number will populate on the PDF file for the customer/employee to track the shipment.

- Confirm all entered information is correct, then press the “Continue” button

- Press “Submit Information” button


- You’ll see this confirmation screen. Press “Print Label”

- The return label will be downloaded as a pdf file.
- Open the return label pdf file

- Save and print the return label.
- Keep reference of the tracking number for the next step and your personal records
- You’ll also receive the return label to the email address that you entered on the request form
- Unrack and disconnect the equipment & any power supplies, place in package and ship via FedEx.
- Track the equipment until it’s delivered to the Buford, GA warehouse.
Step 4: Email AT&T with Notice of closure
Note: this can be done after printing the labels and does NOT need to wait until after the equipment arrives back to AT&T.
Use the following email template to create your notice to AT&T. You will need to enter your store’s information for everything highlighted in yellow.

Email Subject: Golden Corral Store Closure - Store # XXXX
Email Body:
We are closing Store # XXXX located at XX Address and need to disconnect service on Billing Account Number (Insert Account Number from step 2).
I've printed the return label and will return the following devices.
- Meraki MX (Qty x)
- Meraki Access Point (Qty x)
- Meraki Switch (Qty x)
The Tracking Number is (Insert Tracking #).
I understand an ETF (Early Term Fee) will be charged and I approve of this disconnect request.

- Cisco/Meraki 48-port Switch (Most restaurants will just have the bigger 48-port switch but some locations will also have the 8-port switch under the registers)


- Cisco/Meraki MR36 Wireless Access Points (Each location will have a minimum of 2 mounted on the ceiling in the dining room some locations may have more)
