Store Closing - Check List of To Do's

Digital Services Task:

1. Coordinate POS Hardware Return / Adjustment to HASS Contract? Store Closure Notification Form

2. Decision Logic - notify DL - Email Whitney Robinson of closing date

3. Stripe Account for GRS - Chris Sabin to restrict account after confirming that all monies are transfered out and no outstanding reservations (need to cancel reservations for store closing)

Infrastructure Task:

1. Wipe PC when store is completed with all closing activities and no more employees are on the clock.(usually a few weeks after close)

2. ATT Network turn off

Service Desk Task:

1. Update Screen Connect profile with note of "CLOSED mm/dd/yyyy"
